I was able to find the menu and locations quickly, and the allergy info seemed easy enough to check without digging around too much. The site loaded fine on my phone too, so I don’t really have any complaints...

"Really friendly and helpful service"

"Good food, but the late delivery was frustrating"
I ordered lunch from Chicken Salad Chick online and the process was easy. The delivery did show up later than the time they originally gave me, which was a little annoying since I was waiting on it during lunch. The food was packed well and still tasted fresh, so no complaints there. Everything was good overall, but the tracking could definitely be better. Since the order was delayed, I do think some kind of credit or compensation would be fair...

I did like the food, but I was kind of confused trying to figure out what worked with my dietary restrictions. Some menu items were clear, but then others left me guessing, and I wasn’t totally sure what was safe to order. I ended up calling and the staff was helpful, which I appreciated, but I wish the website had clearer allergen info so I didn’t have to double-check everything. Overall it’s not bad, it just could be way easier to navigate.

I've got food allergies, so I always check everything before I order. Chicken Salad Chick made it really easy since their allergen info was clear on the site, and it helped me feel a lot safer choosing what I could eat. I still asked the staff to double-check, and they were really nice about it. I definitely appreciated not having to guess. Overall, it was a good experience.

I stopped by Chicken Salad Chick the other day and it was just one of those nice, easy stops. The location was simple to find, parking was right out front, and I didn’t have to do that annoying thing where you circle the lot hoping someone leaves. I was able to get in and out fast too, which I really appreciated because I was kind of in a hurry. Definitely the kind of place I’d stop at again when I need a quick lunch and don’t want to deal with a hassle.

"Fresh and Tasty Lunch"
I ordered lunch from Chicken Salad Chick and really enjoyed it. Everything tasted fresh and wasn’t too heavy, which was perfect for the middle of the day. The crackers on the side were a great little touch too. A friend had recommended it to me, and I’m glad I finally gave it a try.

"Nice lunch spot, just a bit chilly"
Stopped in for lunch and had a good experirence. The place was clean, tables were wiped down, and even though it was kinda busy it didn’t feel messy or chaotic. The vibe was relaxed and not too loud, which I really liked. Only downside was it felt a little chilly inside, but overall it was a nice visit.

"Takeout was packed really well"
I grabbed takeout from Chicken Salad Chick, and at least from my order, the packaging was really solid. I can’t say if it’s always like this, but nothing spilled, the cups seemed sealed up well, and the cold items were still cold by the time I got home.
The bag was tidy and not crammed full, which makes a difference when you’re just trying to pick up food and go. Simple thing, but it made the whole pickup feel easier. I’d give it 5 stars based on this experience

"Quick Lunch Stop"
Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for lunch and figured there’d be a wait, but it moved way faster than expected. Ordered online and my food was ready right when I walked in. Staff was quick at the counter too, no confusion or standing around. In and out in about 5 minutes. Solid, especially for a busy lunch rush.

At first I was seriously annoyed because my password wouldn’t work and I thought, great, here we go. I tried resetting it and even that didn’t seem to help right away. But then I gave it another shot, and suddenly it went through fine. So yeah, I was ready to be mad, but it got fixed quickly

"I do like that I earn points..."
I do like that I earn points whenever I order, so that part is nice. But the rewards take a long time to actually add up to anything useful. And this is where it got annoying: sometimes the app is slow or my visit doesn’t show up right away, so I’m left wondering if the points even counted. Overall, it’s not bad, just feels average for a loyalty program.

I stopped by around lunchtime when I was in a good mood but also a little hungry and hoping it wouldn’t take forever. The drive-thru line moved faster than I expected, my order was exactly right, and the staff was friendly. I was in and out in just a few minutes

I ordered catering from Chicken Salad Chick for a work lunch, it went smoothly. The food tasted fresh, and everyone seemed to find something they liked (which is always a win with a group). Pickup was ready right on time, so that made things easy. My only small gripe is that a few of the side portions could’ve been a little bigger. Overall though, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely use them again
